DoorDash was looking for a new perspective on how to elevate their Dasher creative, engage new leads and drive Dasher sign ups. To accomplish this goal, our approach was two fold: gain insight on the Dasher demographic and use our findings to develop a fresh visual style.
Utilizing new and existing assets, as well as custom animated illustrations, we built insight-driven, multi-media ads that refined the Dasher visual aesthetic. To personalize the creative even further, we split the creative into three main categories: Accessibility, Flexibility, and Earnings.
By the end of the partnership, DoorDash was well equipped with over 60 new high-performing creatives that outperformed their BAU assets - CTR increased by over 53% and ROAS nearly doubled over the length of the campaign.
